With the cooperation of several international investors, over the past two decades We have focused our efforts on creating a strong and well balanced portfolio of high-end residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.

With over 600 units, our projects range in size from small villa clusters to one of Tanzania’s largest high-rise residential buildings.

We have recently partnered with Afrex, a distinguished real estate management company to revamp our real estate projects and provide high end community management services to our clients.
